The Federation of Pentecostal Churches is administratively organized into eight (8) zones to ensure effective governance, spiritual oversight, and coordinated ministry operations across all affiliated churches.
Each zone operates under an established leadership framework that promotes accountability, unity, and orderly administration.
Every zone is administered by the following office bearers:
Represents the respective zone at the District level. The District Council Member participates in the District Administrative Committee, holding key responsibilities in district governance and decision-making. This role serves as a vital link between the zonal leadership and the district administration.
Provides spiritual leadership, direction, and overall oversight for the churches within the zone. The President guides vision implementation and ensures alignment with the Federation’s objectives.
Assists the Zonal President in leadership responsibilities and supports the execution of zonal initiatives. The Vice President assumes leadership duties in the absence of the President and contributes to strategic planning and decision-making.
Responsible for administrative coordination, official correspondence, record-keeping, and execution of zonal decisions.
Assists the Zonal Secretary in administrative duties and functions on behalf of the Secretary when required. The Joint Secretary supports communication, documentation, and coordination of zonal activities.
Oversees financial administration within the zone, ensuring transparency, accountability, and proper stewardship of resources.
