Zones

Zonal Structure

The Federation of Pentecostal Churches is administratively organized into eight (8) zones to ensure effective governance, spiritual oversight, and coordinated ministry operations across all affiliated churches.

Each zone operates under an established leadership framework that promotes accountability, unity, and orderly administration.

Zonal Leadership Composition

Every zone is administered by the following office bearers:

District Council Member

Represents the respective zone at the District level. The District Council Member participates in the District Administrative Committee, holding key responsibilities in district governance and decision-making. This role serves as a vital link between the zonal leadership and the district administration.

Zonal President

Provides spiritual leadership, direction, and overall oversight for the churches within the zone. The President guides vision implementation and ensures alignment with the Federation’s objectives.

Vice President

Assists the Zonal President in leadership responsibilities and supports the execution of zonal initiatives. The Vice President assumes leadership duties in the absence of the President and contributes to strategic planning and decision-making.

Zonal Secretary

Responsible for administrative coordination, official correspondence, record-keeping, and execution of zonal decisions.

Joint Secretary

Assists the Zonal Secretary in administrative duties and functions on behalf of the Secretary when required. The Joint Secretary supports communication, documentation, and coordination of zonal activities.

Zonal Treasurer

Oversees financial administration within the zone, ensuring transparency, accountability, and proper stewardship of resources.

Committee Member(s)

Support governance, planning, and decision-making processes. Committee Members contribute to strategic discussions and assist in implementing zonal programs and initiatives.

Purpose of the Zonal System

The zonal structure is established to:

  • Strengthen fellowship and pastoral support among member churches
  • Ensure structured and accountable administration
  • Facilitate effective communication between churches and central leadership
  • Promote unity, spiritual growth, and ministry development
  • Enable coordinated programs and outreach activities within each zone

This leadership framework allows the Federation to function with clarity, integrity, and organizational excellence across all eight zones.
