Vision for Mission Expansion in Jammu and Kashmir

The Missionary Department of the Federation of Pentecostal Churches carries a focused vision to prayerfully and strategically extend gospel outreach to the state of Jammu and Kashmir. Presently sponsoring 17 missionaries serving in Jammu and Kashmir. This reflects the Federation’s strong and continuing commitment to evangelistic outreach and church planting in the region. The department remains committed to strengthening and sustaining this ongoing mission work with accountability, prayer, and strategic oversight.

Mission Objectives

• Develop and oversee missionary outreach initiatives with a specific focus on the Kashmir region.
• House fellowships and church planting
• Pastoral care and community outreach
• Monthly financial sponsorship
• Prayer network support from member churches
• Conduct periodic field visits, obtain regular reports, and carry out accountability reviews.
• Support missionaries working in challenging and sensitive areas.
• Supporting existing fellowship groups and newly planted churches.
• Encouraging leadership development among local believers.
• Assisting in organizing congregations into structured assemblies.
• Encourage culturally sensitive and responsible ministry approaches.
• Provide spiritual, logistical, and strategic guidance for mission expansion.
• Plan district-level missionary awareness and support programs.
• Coordinate mission training and preparation programs.
• Monitor missionary activities and provide structured reporting.
• Submit regular updates to the District Administrative Committee.
