Women Development Department

The Women Development Department of the Federation of Pentecostal Churches (FPC) is established to nurture, equip, and empower women within the Federation, with special emphasis on pastors’ wives and women leaders. It strengthens the Federation by nurturing spiritually mature, confident, and capable women who contribute significantly to church growth and ministry effectiveness.

Core Responsibilities

• Organize annual and regional seminars for pastors’ wives.
• Organize women’s conferences, seminars, retreats, and fellowship meetings at district and zonal levels.
• Provide teaching sessions focused on spiritual growth, family life, leadership, and ministry support.
• Promote spiritual growth and leadership development among women.
• Encourage women’s participation in ministry and church service.
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and support programs for women.
• Address family, social, and spiritual challenges affecting women.
• Conduct district-level women’s development programs.
• Coordinate training initiatives for emerging women leaders.
• Strengthen fellowship and unity among women across zones.
• Submit activity reports to the District Administrative Committee.
