Pastor Welfare Department

The Pastors’ Welfare Department is dedicated to promoting the spiritual, personal, and material well-being of pastors serving within the Federation. The department recognizes the vital role of ministers and seeks to provide encouragement, care, and structured support.

• Promote the spiritual and personal well-being of pastors.
• Develop welfare support initiatives where applicable.
• Provide medical and financial assistance to pastors who are sick or facing serious health challenges.
• Extend financial support to families in the event of the death of a pastor, through a structured welfare initiative known as the ARK Project.
• Coordinate district-level pastors’ welfare programs.
• Administer and monitor the ARK Project in an organized and accountable manner.
• Submit reports of welfare activities to the District Administrative Committee.

Through compassionate care and organized support systems, the Pastors’ Welfare Department strengthens ministers and their families, ensuring stability, encouragement, and unity within the Federation.
